Brian Amos

Brian Amos is the founder of Valhalla Yoga and Wellness, a practice devoted to nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, and deep inner transformation. An E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP certified instructor through Yoga Alliance, Brian blends strength, movement, breath, and spiritual depth into an approach that creates meaningful and lasting change in both the body and mind.

His yoga journey began in 2009 while serving abroad in a warzone with the U.S. Air Force, where yoga and breathwork became a lifeline through post-traumatic stress. What began as survival evolved into purpose. Over the years, Brian developed a powerful multidisciplinary teaching style rooted in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Kriya Yoga, and advanced pranayama practices, integrating ancient yogic wisdom with modern nervous system science.

Brian has studied and drawn inspiration from leaders in breathwork, physiology, and consciousness, including Dr. Stephen Porges, Patrick McKeown, Wim Hof, and Swami Rama. In 2022, he trained in person with Sadhguru, and in 2024 was initiated into the Kriya Yoga lineage made widely known by Paramahansa Yogananda.

Known for his grounded yet transformative teaching style, Brian guides students beyond the physical aspects of yoga into deeper practices of breath, awareness, resilience, and self-study. His classes, workshops, trainings, and immersive retreats are designed to help people reconnect to themselves, regulate the nervous system, cultivate inner clarity, and experience the profound intelligence of the breath as a path toward healing and transformation.

With over a decade of experience in the wellness industry, Jesi brings a multidimensional approach to movement, healing, and transformation, always beginning with the heart and leading with clear, grounded intention. She believes in movement as medicine, and every class, session, and retreat she facilitates is designed to create a meaningful experience that extends beyond the physical, inviting deeper connection, presence, and self-awareness.

As a Spa Manager, Yoga Teacher with over 700 hours of training, Wellness Retreat Facilitator, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Muay Thai practitioner, her work is rooted in both discipline and deep care for the human experience. Jesi holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Health and has spent years refining her craft through advanced trainings, hands-on leadership, and the development of her own signature class brand and training programs.

Her approach blends strength, mindfulness, and cultural awareness, honoring the connection between body, mind, and environment. She is Reiki certified and remains committed to continually expanding her knowledge in order to evolve her offerings and better support those she works with.

Jesi is deeply passionate about fostering connection, building community, and creating intentional spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. Whether leading a class, facilitating a retreat, or holding space for individual healing sessions, her intention remains the same: for every person to leave feeling empowered, embodied, and aligned with their highest self.
